Kanye West is in hot water after being sued for copyright infringement for sampling Marshall Jefferson’s ‘Move Your Body’ on his Donda 2 release, ‘Flowers’, without the proper permission.

The complaint said: “Defendants know and have been informed that they do not possess a license to utilize the Composition in the Unauthorized Work, and yet continue to willfully infringe in blatant disregard of UIMP’s rights of ownership.”

There has been no comment from Kanye.

A 5SOS concert in Texas got the plug over the weekend after drummer Ashton Irwin collapsed on stage. An ambulance had to rush him to the hospital immediately, leaving fans worried about his health.

To the delight of his supporters, Irwin is now making a full recovery. According to a band statement: “As you may have heard, last night’s show ended early due to a medical incident during the show. Upon experiencing physical symptoms, Ashton was taken to a local hospital for tests and medical review. As a result, it was advised Ashton had experienced extreme heat exhaustion. Thankfully, and most importantly, he is feeling OK and is recovering very well.”

Justin Timberlake recently performed on stage at the Something In The Water festival in Washington, D.C., where he decided to try the popular “Beat Ya Feet” dance move. However, it didn’t go down well, as witnesses claimed it was more like the “Hokey Pokey”.

Justin apologised for disappointing his followers and said: “D.C., I want to apologise to you for two reasons: here and here. I had a long talk with both of them, individually, and said, ‘Don’t you ever do that to me again.’ Maybe it was the khakis. It was a real khaki vibe.”
